Indian Sizzler

This restaurant has fantastic food for everyone. The menu is extensive.
It seems a little pricey on the surface, but each entree easily makes 2 meals. The plentiful basmati rice was cooked to perfection and all of the entrees I ordered were with lamb, which is hard to find in many places. They also offer goat, if that is to your liking. The lamb was tender and flavorful. All of the spices and sauces were redolent and delicious. I recommend that everyone try Indian Sizzler either on Grub Hub or in person because they have an excellent lunch buffet with many vegetarian dishes. I also ordered mango lassi which was one of the most intensely flavored one that I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and order from Indian Sizzler. You won't be disappointed.

The Kadhai chicken was on point, wasn’t expecting such great food specially given the fact that it was pretty similar to what you’d eat in Delhi. Shami kebab could use a little more work as it’s more like a spicy beef cutlet (I wouldn’t call it kebab in the true sense) but it was good nevertheless. Good stuff!

Indian Sizzler has been my go-to place for many years. My husband, myself and even our 2 year old daughter love the Paneer Makni, the Chicken Curry, Poori bread and kids meals options. They always treat us with great respect and their food is the real deal. If you want Indian Food in Newark--this is the place.

Consistently delicious. Beyond expectations. Staff is so courteous and kind. All the flavors are on point. Please eat here. I recommend the non-vegetarian Thal, it's like a sampler with a bunch of delicious things including dessert. EAT IT, FOOLS.

This is one of my favorite local Indian restaurants. Unfortunately I am just about a mile out of their delivery for home. I order once in a while at work but coworkers are not fans. Their onion kulcha is yummy and always the perfect spice for me.
